Find Your Match
Explore our adoptable animals via our website! You can also come to our open hours every Saturday from 11am - 3pm, or make an appointment to come out and meet our adoptable animals!
Meet & Connect
Schedule an appointment via phone or email with a staff member to come in and meet the animals! We can introduce you to the animals you originally showed interest in and show you anyone else we think could be a great fit!
Completing and adoption application doesn’t finalize anything. It simply gives staff more information regarding you and your home so we can make sure we fit you with the right pet.
Complete an Application
Required Sleepover (Dogs Only)
Here at FMAR we require our dog adopters to do a sleepover with their desired dog prior to finalizing adoption. This allows both the dog and the adopters to see what their actual lives could look like together and make sure the match fits prior to finalizing.
Welcome Home
Once you’ve met the cat of your dreams or completed a sleepover with one of our dogs and can’t imagine a life without them, we will work with you to complete the adoption paperwork and set you up with the animal’s medical records and anything else you may need to be able to welcome them home, officially.

Have your lease’s pet policy available, or email it to our team before your appointment.
Plan for Household & Dog Introductions
All household members and resident dogs must meet your potential new dog before adoption. Bringing a resident dog? Coordinate with our team ahead of time!
